Returns & Refunds (30-Day Free Returns)

 

We offer 30-day free returns for all orders within the European Union and EEA countries. You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

 

How to start a return

 

To start a return, contact us at help@vidgastudios.com and include your order number.

Once your return request is approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please do not send any items back before your return has been approved. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

 

Return conditions

 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same general condition as when received — unused or only lightly handled, with tags and original packaging included.

We understand minor handling or inspection marks may occur, and we will always issue a full refund as long as the item is functional and in resellable condition.

Returns are free of charge, even for partial returns.

 

Exchanges

 

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at help@vidgastudios.com.

Our support team can either help you create an exchange directly or process a return and assist you in placing a new order for the replacement item.

 

Damaged or incorrect items

 

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with your consumer rights.

All products are covered by the applicable statutory warranty period (three years under Swedish consumer law) for manufacturing defects.

 

Non-returnable items

 

We currently do not sell any categories of products that are excluded from returns (such as perishable goods, custom-made products, or hygiene items).

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

 

EU/EEA right of withdrawal (14 days)

 

As an EU/EEA consumer, you also have a legal 14-day right of withdrawal, starting from the day you receive your goods, for any reason and without justification.

When exercising this right, we will refund the item price and any standard outbound shipping cost (if charged).

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless our 30-day free returns policy applies — in which case the return remains free.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods or proof of return shipment.

You may use the EU standard withdrawal form, but it’s not mandatory.

This right applies in parallel with our 30-day free return policy.

 

Refunds

 

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at help@vidgastudios.com.
