SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
Shipping within Sweden
- PostNord shipping (normally 3-5 business days), shipping rates are displayed at checkout.
Shipping within available EU countries
- PostNord shipping (normally 3-7 business days), shipping rates are displayed at checkout.
Shipping to Iceland and Norway
- PostNord shipping (normally 3-7 business days), shipping rates are displayed at checkout.
Free Shipping
- We offer free shipping on all orders over 900 SEK (or the equivalent amount in your local currency).
Available shipping destinations are displayed at checkout.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We currently ship to Sweden, selected EU countries and Iceland.
We do not offer shipping to other countries at this time.
WILL I BE CHARGED DUTIES, TAXES OR IMPORT FEES?
Orders shipped to countries outside the European Union (“EU”), currently including Iceland, may be subject to import VAT, customs duties and other local taxes. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees and, where applicable, will be collected from you by your local customs authority or the carrier upon or prior to delivery. You are responsible for paying any such import charges and for complying with the import rules and regulations of the destination country.
ARE THERE OTHER SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS?
- Only ships on weekdays (Mon-Fri)
Please ensure your shipping address is correct; we cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
